Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking an Account Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their accounts are accurately maintained and that they receive clear, supportive guidance throughout their enrollment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update client accounts with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Guide clients through virtual consultations to review account information and available program options
• Assist clients with completing required forms, applications, and documentation
• Conduct timely follow‑ups to ensure all steps in the onboarding and service process are completed
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless client experiences and consistent communication
• Build trust‑based relationships by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries promptly


Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening, presentation, and client‑support abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
