Overview

• Manage and update client accounts with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Guide clients through virtual consultations to review account information and available program options
• Assist clients with completing required forms, applications, and documentation
• Conduct timely follow‑ups to ensure all steps in the onboarding and service process are completed
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless client experiences and consistent communication
• Build trust‑based relationships by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries promptly
