Overview:
Build your career your way with AO Globe Life. We are expanding and need Enrollment Administrators to support individuals and families through the benefits enrollment process.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients in virtual settings—helping them understand their options, complete applications, and ensuring a smooth and positive enrollment experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with clients

  • Guide individuals through the enrollment and application process

  • Clearly explain benefit programs and answer questions

  • Review applications for accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain organized client records and documentation

  • Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth enrollment experience

  • Participate in ongoing training and development
